Minutes
LUNCHEON: The District invited the public and patrons to a 100 year celebration of water delivery. The FFA Alumni prepared the food and the event was attended by approximately 200 people.
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Miller introduced the Board members and presented out-going director John Lybrand with a plaque in appreciation of his years of service to the District.
Chairman Miller also presented length of service recognition awards to employees Rick Hlawek, Greg Dell and Marcelino Ortiz.
EXCHANGE AGREEMENT: Chairman Miller reported that there was no progress on the Exchange Agreement.
DROP
STRUCTURE: Chairman Miller
reported that repairs need to be made to the Drop Structure between the end of
this irrigation season and
MAINTENANCE
REPORT: Field Manger Greg Dell reported that at the beginning of maintenance
season the crew cleaned the Feed
Canal, A-Line and Maxwell
Canal. They laid 1,600’ of pipe and
installed 130 hook-ups on the L-Line Project, which was completed the week of
WATER REPORT: Manager Wilcox reported that the District currently has 14,401 af in Cold Springs Reservoir and 23,110 af in exchange credits, we expect to have a full water season.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Miller adjourned the Annual Meeting at approximately 2:08 pm
