Special Board Meeting Minutes

     CALL TO ORDER: Vice-Chairman Len Jeppeson called the Special Board Meeting of the Hermiston Irrigation District (District) Board of Directors to order at 3:47 p.m.  The meeting was held in the District office building.  Also present at the meeting were Board Members John Lybrand and Mike Bergstrom; District Manager, Chuck Wilcox; Secretary, Annette Rambel and Jeremy Morris with Anderson-Perry.

    OLD BUSINESS

DROP STRUCTURE:  Jeremy Morris of Anderson-Perry handed out copies of the Plans for the Drop Structure.  There were no major changes since the last time the Plans were presented to the Board.  Mr. Morris did note that the drop structure did not match the elevation of the original plans.  The current Plans for the Drop Structure are being done using the original elevations.  It will be easier to create the forms.  After some discussion, Director Lybrand moved to have the Plans forwarded to the Bureau of Reclamation for review.  Director Bergstrom seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

Mr. Morris will e-mail a pdf copy of the Plans to HID office.  Staff will e-mail a copy to Board members upon their request. 

     ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Vice-Chairman Jeppeson at 4:36 p.m.
